Job Description

Imagine scaling the majestic Sydney Harbour Bridge and sharing it with people from all over the world each day! This is what our talented Climb Leaders have the pleasure of doing for work! 

We are a leading tourism experience in Sydney, and we have a number of part time opportunities available within our Climb Leader team – if you have a love of tourism, an interest in Sydney's history, and you can captivate our guests with your entertaining commentary, this could be the role for you! 

Your Climb Leader journey encompasses 2 stages of training, lastly approximately 6 months in total. Kicking off with 3 weeks of full time, paid training – this prepares you for all aspects of your new role from safety procedures to commentary and everything in between.

Some important things to note:

  • There is a multi-step process for this role which, if progressed, will involve a video submission and a group interview.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to become of a Climb Leader.
  • You will ideally have 3 to 4 full days per week availability, including weekends.
  • If successful, a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening), employment references and police check will be completed before commencement.
  • Your start date will be Tuesday17 June 2025.
  • You will also be willing to obtain a first aid certificate ideally within the first 3 weeks of starting with us.
