Based in the historic arches that sit beneath the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, our fantastic Guest Relations team deliver exceptional interactions with our guests as they embark on an experience of a lifetime!

Job Description

We have multiple part time and casual positions available at above award rates of pay, and you could be part of the wonderful team we have that get to share this incredible experience with climbers from around the world! Guest Relations roles can cover greeting and checking in our guests, conducting climb briefings, and looking after our guests in the photographics area, our café and our gift shops, situated in our Base. This is where we create a sensational first and last impression of BridgeClimb – so a very important role!

What you’ll bring…

Our team consist of people that are genuine and incredibly passionate about making sure we wow every guest, every time. If you pride yourself on how you engage and communicate with people, then a Guest Relations role could be for you! It’s also important you have:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety and operational procedures
  • Outstanding communication skills and a contagious, welcoming, positive, and professional attitude
  • Capacity to work as part of a team and the ability to work on your own (following processes and procedures)
  • Proven experience and a love of providing brilliant customer service
  • Availability to work during the week and including at least one weekend day and Public Holidays
  • To be available to work our upcoming busy period (December-January)
  • Desirable but not essential: a valid RSA, barista experience, and front of house hospitality experience

You will be invited to complete a short questionnaire and if successful, you will need to be available to attend a group interview on Tuesday 4th November 2025.

If successful in the group interview you MUST be available for 3 full days of induction and training: Wednesday 19th, Thursday 20th and Friday 21st November 2025. You will also undertake pre-employment medical and a police check prior to commencement.
