Job Description
What you’ll do:
Lead the HSE plans and embed safety into culture and daily operations
Maintain policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with legislation
Coordinate drills, simulations, and annual risk reviews
Drive HSE learning, onboarding, and team communications
Report on HSE performance to leadership and the board
Manage our HSE system
Lead incident investigations and audits
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring:
Proven HSE leadership success in high-risk or complex environments
Strong communication and influencing skills
Comfortable working at heights
Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
Experience in project planning and change management
Familiarity with HSE systems
Industry background in tourism, hospitality, or entertainment (desirable)
Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
